A beautiful rare jumperskirt from Angelic Pretty. This dress is made from soft velvet with carousel horse appliques, pom poms, and ribbon trim. There is faux corset lacing in the front. This dress is in great condition but shows minor signs of wear (shorter patches in the velvet in a small area- not bare- and creasing in the ribbon and pleather horses.
